1. Introduction & Agreement

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. These terms govern individual on-demand orders through Clover/SmartOnlineOrder and contractual agreements initiated via GoHighLevel.

2. Service Delivery

On-Demand Delivery

We utilize DoorDash for local fulfillment. We aim for "same-day freshness," but delivery times are estimates based on traffic and kitchen volume.

Facility Deliveries

These are governed by specific schedules outlined in your PandaDoc service agreement.

Service Area

We primarily serve the Baltimore community from our headquarters at 210 South Central Avenue.

3. Payment & EBT

EBT Usage

We proudly accept EBT. Per Maryland regulations, EBT can only be used for eligible food items; delivery fees and tips must be paid via credit/debit.

Billing

All retail payments are processed securely via Clover.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Individual Orders

Cancellations must be made within 15 minutes of ordering to receive a refund.

Monthly Contracts

Termination of monthly meal prep contracts requires the notice period specified in your signed PandaDoc agreement.

5. Compliance & Liability

Nutritional Standards

We certify that our meals meet COMAR regulatory standards for nutrition and quality.

Allergy Warning

While we offer tailored menus (low-sodium, diabetic-friendly), our kitchen handles various ingredients. Customers must disclose severe allergies via our GHL intake forms.
